Mini Pizza's

It's Sunday night and the boys are over watching the Boat Parade. I wanted to make them something special so I used a cupcake tin to make mini pizza's. We're loving these, they told me it was like eating cupcakes for dinner. Success.

Wreath I made with Succulents!

This month's flying by and I'm getting more into the Christmas spirit everyday. Eager to begin decorating, I got up early this morning and  made a trip to Home Depot, to pick up three variations of succulents: Propagate, Flowering, and Aloe. I bought the wreath and floral wiring at Michael's and used wire cutters from my dad's toolbox. It took me about 15 minutes to remove the succulents from their containers, and another 15-30 minutes to completely arrange and fascine the plants. This project went better than expected and the arrangment lasted clear to New Years.

Gift Ideas on the Fly!

A quick gift idea. I was having trouble finding the perfect thank you gift so I made this one with succulents and a black vase.

DIY Butterflies

I love mixed media pieces so I'm glad I sat down to work on this project. I saw this idea in Elle Magazine in Scarlett Johansen's room. You can make these butterflies out of paper towels and acrylic paint.
